Secondly, if I must define "struggling African-American churches", as ones who: A) Seem to have the veneer of success, without ANY of the corresponding community transformations; B) Aren't engaged in the actual struggle, by addressing the "high incidence" of Prison Reform and Recidivism, HIV/Aids, Gangs, Abortion, etc; and that C) Only address "the surface" of the issues listed above, and use their popularity and influence to PROFIT from God's people, without the people experiencing the prosperity that the minister has consistently promised.
