LISTEN, ALL MY CAUCASIAN BRETHREN and "THE ESTABLISHMENT"...

Any gesture of defense for "black lives", because of actual or "perceived" bias, injustice, mistreatment, prejudice, or racism is NOT necessarily a "hate for America", but an authentic representation of a people -- who at one point in the peculiar history of this country were told "their voice didn't matter"; but, are NOW SPEAKING "without fear"!
And, because there's been little to know real CONFRONTATION or HEALING of this country's establishment (establishment = the government and America's longstanding secular and sacred institutions) towards black folks, from the prejudicial history that is well known to every ethnicity and nationality that's lived in the United States for more than a generation; the pathology and process for working through this sorted history is now happening, without apology -- and a lot of people seem "confused" about WHY IT's HAPPENING!?!
IS IT A "GOOD THING"?
YES, because the black community needs to HEAL and BE EMPOWERED, and though everything being represented is NOT necessarily reflective of MLK's heart and vision -- or mine for that matter, as an emerging 21st century leader I KNOW without this period of "raw" and unfiltered confrontation, there will be NO long term RESOLUTION or RESTITUTION!
My THEORY OF CHANGE is "the answer", but we will have to wait for GOD to present ME (and others like me) the opportunity to REALLY SPEAK..
NOW, I also do NOT believe that black folks "finding or using their voice" is unhealthy, neither does it communicate "hate for this country"!
I can't speak for those who carry deep animosity, long held grievances, or generational offenses for the direct or indirect impacts of whatever prejudicial issue or injustice that our community has had to address. But, there will NEVER be a time when our community will EVER be silenced again, and THAT's why the establishment in our country cannot delay to strategically ACT!
The Internet and technology affords EVERY MISREPRESENTED VOICE the opportunity to develop their own viable platform, and that's the primary reason that a #BlackLivesMatters movement, no matter how legitimate or illegitimate some people may think that it is, can and will EXPLODE on the scene OVERNIGHT; when a community that has long felt disempowered and oppressed with "no voice", can rise up, speak loud, and absolutely NO ONE can stop them!
WHAT SHOULD "YOU" DO? (Caucasian community)
#1 - Actively and consistently support competent, credible and reputable voices in our community (like mine) to help heal and reach the whole of the black community, with an "empowering message" and resources to help foster "the change" that we ALL know is needed!
#2 - Advocate in your own community, where you KNOW or SEE injustice prevailing; and do your level best to CHANGE IT!
#3 - Search your OWN HEART about your attitudes and actions towards people of color, and adjust them as you become more CULTURALLY COMPETENT and PROFICIENT, through engaging and building relationship with someone MUCH DIFFERENT than yourself!
#4 - PRAY for any/all prejudice, militant behavior, lawlessness and recklessness you notice amongst the black community, WITHOUT unfairly criticizing, demonizing, judging, or profiling the people you SEE.
Our commonalities and humanity is without question...AND, let's ALL help to heal a community that has not only historically helped to build this amazing country, BUT who've also bore and weathered the mistreatment and the injustice that has helped to provide a basis for the inalienable rights and privileges everyone benefits from, who has become a citizen of this democratic republic and that have also born the same spirit "to overcome"!
