Let's stop making excuses for the state of our communities, and start devoting time to building strong family units so that our generations are positively influenced - while at the same time they become productive citizens. "Ignorance of history" means that we're "destined to unknowingly repeat it". "Understanding of history, with an informed philosophy for change" means that we're bound not to repeat it, if we allow "the lessons of the past to motivate us to responsibly act". WS-3
