When you think of Jesus' nativity and birth, what comes to your heart?   The story itself is rich and wrought with some amazing incongruences, in light of the 60 million+ abortions that happen more out of "convenience" than due to medical problems or complications. ANOTHER YEAR has gone by really fast, and I am so surprised that time has seemingly collapsed so quickly...  What have your contemplations been about the past few days?   Have you been tempted to wish the year would just "finish already", because of the range of things that have happened; which you neither authored, wished for or prayer for? LISTEN: "Time IS what you make of it", and you're NOT going to erase the "past sowing" with a new lease on life through your confession; while staying in "mark time" through your attitudes and your words that are indifferent to HIS Word. Now is the time to resign yourself to SIMPLY OBEY, and LET the consistency of your walk bring rewards that your quick concessions or new year's resolutions can't change! TAKE INVENTORY and PLAN ACCORDINGLY, but don't waste your precious energies with EMPTY PROMISES or with MISPLACED WORDS! "Waiting on The Lord" is ALWAYS BENEF...

YES..YES..I know, the "title" of this blog "got you"; and I'm GLAD it did!   READ ON...(Smile) When we were growing up, "temper tantrums" were NOT an acceptable form of "behavioral release" (LOL!!) AND, "if" you decided to let your "upset self" clown or "throw a fit" in the floor, you could expect the "BEAT DOWN" of your life; and, BE ASSURED that EVERY ADULT in the HOUSEHOLD was EVENTUALLY gonna get a piece of that "backside" -- before "days end", in JESUS' NAME; at least in "most" BLACK HOUSEHOLDS, as far as I know...LOL!!
