#I'M HERE, TO HELP! - www.WS-3.com
This interview with me was done over TWO YEARS ago by OurWeekly - Los Angeles, but its relevance is as significant now, as it was then!
BLACK CHURCH LEADERS have a tremendous burden of responsibility in their service to "communities of color", but the opportunity before them (us), is NOW about fully comprehending the God-ordained purpose for "the struggle" and "the glory" in our communities - that is most commonly perceived by the predominant culture; although our collective failure to rally the broader "kingdom community"; is often fueled by the "cultural incompetence", "ethnic prejudice", and "political correctness" amongst Christians that should NOT exist!
As a Organizational Development Consultant, to both for-profit and non-profit leaders, my specialty as a Church & Ministry Consultant is the primary burden I carry, to bridge faith and culture; so that the influence of God's Kingdom infiltrates the highest heights and deepest crevices of society, by establishing confluence where two "separate streams" (church and state) would do "better together" than apart!
PRAY FOR ME, and share my information with ANY LEADER in your community (nationally or internationally) that wants to see a radical transformation and transition in their community, and desperately needs a "bridge builder" and "diplomatic personality" to deal with multiple missions/bottom-lines/personalities; but is struggling because of egos, territorial preservation and pride.
