USEFULNESS or QUIETNESS?

ISSUES TO OVERCOME:

— demonic warfare connected to our God-ordained purpose, promise and prophecy

—

preoccupation with "death" and the people, place and things related to the curse

— unbelief fueled by an inordinate affection to CIRCUMSTANCES, FEELINGS, and FEARS

— selfishness rooted in pride, indifference, and depression

HIDDEN UNBELIEF

It's REALLY HARD for me to wrap my mind around QUIETNESS being as profoundly important as USEFULNESS!!

Now that I realize this, I'm just now able to really digest: "Where can I go to escape your Spirit? Where can I flee from your presence? If I go up to heaven, you are there; if I make my bed in Sheol, you are there." Psalms‬ ‭139‬:‭7‬-‭8‬ ‭CSB‬‬

This scripture demonstrates the extent of GOD's INEXHAUSTIBLE LOVE for ALL of humanity..Being willing to go to an infinite length to give you a glimpse of WHATEVER is in your heart..WOW!!

That's one of the reasons it's SO HARD for me to NOT "assume the worst" about "QUIET TIMES"; because I'm programmed by "works" in my inner man..

IF GOD needs to prove to YOU or ME "how much" that HE really loves us — will care for us — will provide for us — will forgive us —etc, etc, HE WILL..let us WANDER, WAVER or STAGGER at the promises of God.

HE WILL "let you" DETOUR your entire life in whatever direction you choose, just to SHOW YOU how true, real and committed HE is to HIS CAUSE, HIS KINGDOM, and HIS KIDS..WS-3
