IS "PURPOSE" SUPPOSED TO FEEL LIKE THIS?

Yesterday evening, as a ministered to a bunch of youth, ranging between the ages of twelve and eighteen years old, I can't describe the exhilaration of "seeing lives transformed" before my eyes - by simply sharing the Gospel in a way that both inspires them and gets their attention..

The "call of God" has been upon my life since I was very young, but it seems more real (or fitting) to me now, than it did before! 

I guess that's partially because of the very young age that I began to both hear and excitedly seek out HIS voice and presence; and now, it just feels like a continuation of that - with much more substance and satisfying contentment than I could have ever imagined!

When you're truly "walking in purpose", the swirling indecision and debilitating silence of the unknown, can quickly get the best of you - if your not planted in the knowledge that God's not in a rush to "use you"; HE wants a relationship with you!

HE wants you to learn to enjoy "hanging out"with HIM, and take pleasure in the reality that the Creator of the Universe "wants to spend quality time with YOU!"  No matter what your family situation, occupation or religious obligations, demand!

WOW! I remember "feeling this" at age four, as I lay in some "blue-grass hills" in Leavenworth, Kansas, at a church picnic; after having wandered off just because I felt HIM "calling me"...

Of course, Mama and Daddy were sorely afraid and upset with "my wandering tendencies" (Lol), but "something in me" longed to "listen to HIM"- and feast on the precious moments of feeling HIS voice fill my tiny little chest; while lavishing in the overwhelming sense of love and peace that came with just "resting in HIS arms"!

What an amazing testimony I've been privileged to have...My parents "made space" for my early encounters with discovering "who God really is", and that would have never happened, if their hearts were not open to HIM in the first place. Oh, I''m so grateful!

As I went through our study on yesterday, "IDENTITY: IMAGE is everything!", so many powerful truths exploded in my heart that I was unable to share in the space given.

What it "made me see" (I.e. - Which is why I chose to write this blog this morning..) is - MY PURPOSE in this life is to do EXACTLY what I've been pursuing and believing God for in the heavenly vision HE's given me stewardship of with Pure In Heart Int'l Ministries, Inc. & Global Legacy Entertainment,Inc...

Except now, I understand  "why walking in purpose is SO POWERFUL!" 

With so many questions about - where support is going to come from; whose even connecting with the vision that I've been given; when will I finally see "the thing" that HE showed me come to pass, in full manifestation; etc., etc.

WITH ALL THOSE THINGS GOING ON..while I ministered yesterday, and after I concluded - having seen "light flood the souls of those young people"; I WAS/AM convinced that "the range of questions and feelings are God's provocation and confirmation" of PURPOSE being fulfilled, and if I'm willing to walk in purpose "though the earth be removed, and the mountains be cast into the midst of the sea" (Psalm 46:1) - PROVISION, SUPPORT, and OPEN DOORS are a guarantee "from God's mouth, to your ears"!

I am NOT called to help everyone...And, to some people, my "wordiness" (gift of gab) and tireless passion - "is a little much"..

COOL - "unfriend me", "unsubscribe from my blog", "do YOUR thang"!

I don't say that hatefully, but when your primarily a "lover of self", its hard to derive value from anyone else's uninhibited expression, unbridled anticipation, and unrelenting expectation in "fulfilling purpose" and/or passionately sharing it; because until YOU ARE, what you hear me or anyone else communicate- "is just words" or "hot air"; or people liking to hear themselves talk!

ARE "YOU" WALKING IN PURPOSE?

NOT, are you busy trying to get others to approve of you, support you, or believe in you...

NOT, are you chasing every opportunity or open door that you believe may lead to some "treasure at the end of it"...

NOT, are you secretly becoming predatorial, because you're tired of waiting on God - and have "tried the pure-hearted approach", but "everyone's out for themselves"...

You'll KNOW that you are (WALKING IN PURPOSE), when YOU answer "yes" to these three questions:

Does the incommunicable release of "knowing that your doing what you were created for" - burn inside of you?

Do you have peace about giving your all, with slow or no returns for a season?

Can you deal with the pressure of those probing eyes of unbelief and silent-sabotage that hang around, watching to "see" if what you're believing is going to happen, or not?

I AM, and I'm no longer afraid to do it in the birthing canal of "process", because change and transformation in others - is well worth the questions, tears and fears that comes with "walking in purpose"!
