Why TCFKA, anyways?
The Center For Kingdom Advancement (TCFKA) was NOT just a "good idea" I came up with a few year ago...
The Center For Kingdom Advancement (TCFKA) is an intergenerational, multi-cultural, multi-ethnic, and nondenominational group of discerning and devoted Christ-Followers, learning from, linking with and sincerely loving one another, as a thriving community-wide fellowship and discipleship training center - in both a physical and virtual-global community that bridges the multi-pronged dynamics of daily and weekly gatherings, times of prophetic and apostolic commissioning, and the supernatural release of God's grace through a reforming culture of intercessory prayer and worship; as a mature, skilled and mobilized workforce-movement for the Kingdom of God.
TCFKA's SLOGAN: "Bringing unity and encouragement through fostering healthy community in Christ's Body - till HE returns."
TCFKA will accomplish its purpose:
By educating, empowering and engaging the church-at-large and the curious world in a culturally relevant, geographically impactful, and globally replicable way; through a New Testament Marketplace Model that infuses the "best practices and innovations of 21st Century Apologetic Insights", which also comprehensively and thoroughly examines and/or reviews the latest empirically-based educational, scientific and theological truths from all bodies of knowledge that confirms the immutability, inerrancy and integrity of God's Word.
- TCFKA will help to facilitate the global harvest through a converging network of targeted church and community outreaches and spherical overlap that encourages sustainability, synergy and unity in the Body of Christ - across all barriers; to radically transform diverse territories and devastated communities all over the world - to and for the glory of God; and for the benefit of all peoples.
- TCFKA will help to foster and replicate kingdom-focused and biblically-based marketplace seminars for vocational relevancy of every believer in all areas of society, for every field of interest and every profession; to dramatically influence the gatekeepers and institutional powers in the 7-mountains of society in our world.
- TCFKA will help to strategically communicate and supernaturally impart the Gospel of the Kingdom, as ambassadorial representatives who are anointed to deliberately "possess the gates" and spiritual territory (occupy till HE comes), by powerfully impacting and influencing the souls of men; to ensure that Christ receives the due and just reward of His eternal sacrifice and suffering.
WHY IS THIS IMPORTANT NOW?
The "increase" or advancement of Christ and HIS Kingdom - as described in Daniel 2:44 and Revelations 11:15, is guaranteed in scripture, even as the apostasy of the church occurs, according to Revelations chapters 2 and 3.
During this apostasy, the "complacency and compromise" of the Universal Church, as represented in Jesus' admonition to five of the seven churches in Asia Minor that were addressed; should clue us in - to the necessity of our unity as believers and intimacy with Christ, in the volatile spiritual climate and environment in which we live in these end-times.
GARY WILKERSON just posted a daily devotional on a "TRUE JESUS MOVEMENT", and here's what he said:
"What hurting man, woman or child wouldn't run to a place where lifelong troubles are answered by God, where deep, miraculous healing takes place? That is truly a "Jesus Movement." And it does not happen by plans, ingenuity or organized events; it happens when God shows up. Wherever His glory manifests, whether through faithful preaching or a simple testimony, people will run to taste it.
The people "ran together to them" (Acts 3:11). There is great significance in this word "together." These people were not scrambling to get past one another. They went as one, each humbled by the majestic power of God's presence.
God's glory has that effect. It unifies us in awe. Indeed, that is God's desire for us—to set aside our differences, forgive offenses, and go to those who need our forgiveness or who need to forgive us.
We cannot expect a glorious, awe-inspiring God to move in our midst if we cling to a tongue that speaks evil, a heart that stews on grudges, a spirit that refuses to forgive another. Why would nonbelievers run to a church where malice and division rule? God's acts of glory knit our hearts together—but how can we be knit if we refuse to lay down our divisions?
Why is God's glory manifested in some churches and people but not in others? Peter provides an answer in the scene at the Temple. He told those marveling people, "Men of Israel . . . the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, the God of our fathers, glorified his servant Jesus" (Acts 3:12-13).
God has placed all His majesty, glory and power in one source: Christ. His glory is not made known in smart and powerful men or through brilliant plans and ingenious strategies. His glory is found in a single source: Jesus.
If we want Christ's glory in our lives and in our churches, it is not going to come through our strength or schemes. It is going to come by emptying ourselves out that He may fill us. We must say with John the Baptist, "He must increase, but I must decrease" (John 3:30)." END
IN CONCLUSION:
In these last and evil days, the Body of Christ "being transformed into HIS Bride', must come together through our individual and corporate: INTIMACY, MATURITY and UNITY.
The Center For Kingdom Advancement is a SAFE PLACE for that to happen..
It's not about ANY AGENDA or "denominational bent" - it's simply the Church, "building and edifying one another in love"; till HE returns "for a church without spot of wrinkle, or any such thing".
