Ministry Brethren: If YOU are leading a "personality driven ministry", everything revolves around YOU!
"Fallen men" ("called, but confused") place their IDENTITY and an "unhealthy emphasis" upon THEMSELVES in a functional role (TITLE) as an Ascension Gift or Five-Fold Minister, without truly understanding the fundamental nature of the ONE GIFT (Holy Spirit) which Christ gave to His Church — by using us "in" and "through" various spiritual manifestations for the purpose of "equipping the saints" FOR THE WORK OF MINISTRY..
Without belaboring this post, if a minister rarely demonstrates the collective importance and value of his spouse as a key partner and co-laborer in the work, he is CAUGHT UP in churchianity and narcissistic pursuits that will end in a TRAIN WRECK if God is merciful by allowing them to see their blindness before it's too late!
