“LAWS HELP, BUT LAWS CANT CHANGE PEOPLE..”
A Minnesota court just ruled that someone can't be charged with rape if a victim was voluntarily drunk. This loophole may allow the offender to go free.
Whether someone voluntarily becomes intoxicated, it doesn't change that they did not consent to certain actions that occurred to them. There needs to be a change in Minnesota's sexual assault laws.
"Laws help, but laws can't change people!"
