I BELIEVE that the Presidential Election on November 5, 2024, will be an absolute LANDSLIDE-AVALANCHE, in the proportions of Ronald Reagan's Win over Jim Carter in the 1980's. BUT, because of the PERVASIVE DARKNESS and DANGERS that is represented by the multifaceted and multilayered — "Deep State", the ONLY WAY to harness the GLOBAL ENERGY of the Herculean-phenomenon of the presence and personality of DONALD J. TRUMP is to "TAKE THE TARGET OFF HIS BACK", by making MAGA the global entity and organization that does more than support "great political candidates" that can move forward with the agenda of "AMERICA FIRST ACTIVISM"..

Whether we like it or not, DONALD J TRUMP has the love, charisma, and celebrity of the "greats" that emerged with the CIVIL RIGHT's MOVEMENT — on a scale that totally scares the most powerful "puppets" in Hollywood, and makes the Global Elitists and Career Politicians shake in their proverbial boots!

WHY? Because "slowing the MOVEMENT down" or "scattering the UNPRECEDENTED MOVEMENT" is only possible (in the minds of the DEEP STATE) by DESTROYING the FIGUREHEAD and PERSONALITY that leads the movement; UNLESS THE MOVEMENT takes on structure and momentum that CAN'T BE STOPPED! >END of DISCLAIMER and BACKDROP. MY OCCUPATIONAL "LENS"..

As an Organizational Development Consultant, I SEE everything through the continuum of STRATEGIC BUILDING BLOCKS and GRADUATED DEVELOPMENT, so MAGA's Structure has to harness the energy of CITIZEN ACTIVISM from "DAY 1", and generate an emerging FREIGHT-TRAIN MOMENTUM that incentivizes the EXCITEMENT of the PEOPLE, that should move to "change the narrative" in this country, while mobilizing all the moving pieces and parts that would put the DEEP STATE "on notice" from EVERY DIRECTION that "Making America Great" is more than a CUTE SLOGAN or DYING MOVEMENT; "if THEY could get Trump out of the way", BUT THEY CAN'T — cause WE WON'T LET THEM!!

> The U.S. is a Democratic Republic..

A democratic republic is a form of government operating on principles adopted from a republic and a democracy. As a cross between two similar systems, democratic republics may function on principles shared by both republics and democracies.

While not all democracies are republics (constitutional monarchies, for instance, are not) and not all republics are democracies, common definitions of the terms democracy and republic often feature overlapping concerns, suggesting that many democracies function as republics, and many republics operate on democratic principles, as shown by these definitions from the Oxford English Dictionary:

  • Republic: "A state in which supreme power is held by the people and their elected representatives, and which has an elected or nominated president rather than a monarch."
  • Democracy: "A system of government by the whole population or all the eligible members of a state, typically through elected representatives."

WHERE HAVE THINGS GONE WRONG?

Thoughtfully and strategically impacting the "DEEP STATE" is NOT just about DISPLACEMENT (see below) but REPLACEMENT (see below) — with the tools that reduces "big government", by REOCCUPYING the sovereignty of our country through EMPOWERING our citizenry's ownership through INSTITUTIONAL CHANGE MANAGEMENT PRINCIPLES (see below) that strengthens our "requisite" infrastructural components of this Democratic Republic (United States of America); and updates the Constitution to reflect the societal demands that brings BALANCE, ACCOUNTABILITY, and CITIZEN STRENGTH or REPRESENTATIVE ACCOUNTABILITY

Devolution is the statutory delegation of powers from the central government of a sovereign state to govern at a subnational level, such as a regional or local level. It is a form of administrative decentralization. Devolved territories have the power to make legislation relevant to the area, thus granting them a higher level of autonomy.

Devolution differs from federalism in that the devolved powers of the subnational authority may be temporary and are reversible, ultimately residing with the central government. Thus, the state remains de jure unitary. Legislation creating devolved parliaments or assemblies can be repealed or amended by central government in the same way as any statute.

In federal systems, by contrast, sub-unit government is guaranteed in the constitution, so the powers of the sub-units cannot be withdrawn unilaterally by the central government (i.e. not without the process of constitutional amendment). The sub-units therefore have a lower degree of protection under devolution than under federalism.

DISPLACEMENT: reoccupying movement and mobility from the WRONG PLACES to the RIGHT PLACES..

IN POLITICS:The process of electing "principled" qualified representatives that are held to strict accountability to the "will of the people", and NOT special interests, partisan games, and corrupt politics.

REPLACEMENT: A revolutionary reset that requires governmental transformation (DOGE) and citizen activations in the proper functioning of a Democratic Republic through the Convention of States Action .

The kind of REPLACEMENT we need can only be fostered through INSTITUTIONAL CHANGE MANAGEMENT PRINCIPLES, along with a STRATEGIC CULTURE CHANGE that revolutionizes the way things are done..

Institutionalizing change management will become TRANSFORMATIVE into a POLITICAL environment and culture, when the processes can help it navigate change, achieve goals, and thrive in a changing world. Some principles of change management include:
